Something I've learned about birth affirmation cards recently...
They can help:
🤍 Create a positive environment in the delivery room for both you and your birthing partner/family

🤍 Create a bond between you and your baby
I originally created these cards for my best friend @davilalibera’s labour and birth.
I chose to incorporate flowers into each drawing because flowers represent life, growth, and joy.
